Shipping Policy
Orders ship within the US only
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed, this means packed, checked for and quality checked. Upon processing, items take 2-3 days to be shipped and delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT WITH "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" UPON DELIVERY.
Delays may occur on big release dates thus extending the shipping time frame to 5-10 days.
Shipping does not take place on major holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Friday ship out the following week after Monday.
Civilized Nation is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. All claims must be filed with the carrier chosen at checkout. Civilized Nation is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
Any packages unclaimed or processed back to Civilized Nation will only be refunded for the value of the item, no shipping will be refunded.
Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier chosen at checkout, no exceptions. We are not responsible for any missing, stolen, or lost packages.
